She Died Of An Overdose

Wistfully, brilliant mother of two yet highly drug dependent 32-year old Claire had died from a lethal overdose of crack cocaine and heroin. Apparently, this particular formulation had a name. It was called a ‘snowball,’ and the man who had injected her was named Stephen Perrett.

He Was Called ‘The Doctor’

Stephen Perrett happened to be a homeless man who was known by other druggies as ‘The Doctor.’ He was known to make concoctions of the drugs and inject them into his co-drug users. He happened to be staying at the YMCA in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire at the time when Claire would loan around $40 to buy the lethal drugs that would end up killing her.
