His Popularity Proceeded Him

People loved Attila so much that they had even made t-shirts that read “Go Whiskey Robber.” Other citizens suggested he get plastic surgery to evade getting caught while others even said they wouldn’t help the investigation if they knew where he was. His publicity overshadowed that of the police, and they were getting desperate to end his popularity. Eventually, the police would have none of it, and they held a press conference saying, “This is human stupidity. Full stop.”

Getting Caught Once More

Luckily for detectives on the case, they received an anonymous tip about Attila’s whereabouts. He was found and brought in, in a highly publicized manner. Attila decided that he was also done hiding, and luck would have it that the murder charges against him were dropped. He even shared, “I’ve retired my business card. I’m through with the circus. I just want to have a peaceful life.”
