The Team Janitor

It would seem that Attila couldn’t fake being a real goalie, and yet, the UTE team took pity on him and hired him anyway. Although he was signed up as a goalie, he officially became the janitor of the hockey club. And while his team went on to play successful hockey, for as long as he wasn’t playing, he would be the one to do ice cleanup before the games, using the Zamboni.

Living In The Stadium

Attila was hoping that a spot on the national team would give him a better chance of getting his citizenship, but in reality, he wasn’t any closer to that dream one little bit. And in the spite of being a member of the UTE hockey team, he wasn’t earning the same amount as the other players either. He didn’t have a place to live, so he ended up sleeping in the stadium on a camp bed that was set up in a cupboard. In fact, one of his teammates had even said, “He had literally nothing.”
