An Unbelievable Bombshell
Tim admits being utterly confused since the only father he knew was his adoptive father Tom, and there had been no talk about who his actual father was, until that day, of course. Then Peggy laid what many would believe was the biggest bombshell on him. She said, “Timothy, love, I’ve got something to tell you. Get ready. First of all, I’m your real mum and you are my son. You are not adopted.”
He Cried At The News
Tim shared how he actually ‘cried tears of joy.’ Tim felt that ‘the truth was laid bare and the woman whom I believed to have rescued me from life in a home was not just some kindly soul but my real mum, my own flesh and blood.’ But his happiness would be lessened by the fact that he couldn’t share this news with anyone. His mother hadn’t told anyone, ever, and she wanted him to keep the secret that she had kept for almost 20 years to himself.
