9. Indigestion
Women experience heart attack symptoms quite differently from men, often having subtler symptoms which they attribute to something else. Patients who have suffered from heart attacks remember having a feeling similar to indigestion. They describe the sensation as an uncomfortable feeling of fullness, setting it aside as gas pain.
