13. Cold Sweats
Another symptom of heart attacks that is common among women are cold sweats, often associated with anxiety attacks and nervousness. This involuntary reaction can be compared more closely to stress-related sweating rather than the type experienced when engaged in heavy exercise or subjected to heat. Doctors advise women to have themselves checked, especially if these happen for no reason at all.
