7. Lightheadedness
Lightheadedness can be caused by several conditions but, at its most serious, could be due to an impending heart attack. Feeling woozy, especially if you particularly have been feeling other symptoms such as shortness of breath, nausea, and chest discomfort, can be a sign that something could be terribly wrong. It is important to catch it early, and seeking help, especially if it begins to grow worse, could help you prevent the terrible effects of heart attack and allow you to recover faster.
