Everyone But Williams Was Saved

Of the six remaining passengers who managed to rise above the water, Arland D. Williams, Jr. tragically couldn’t save himself, despite helping save five others. He had never been able to unstrap himself from his confines, and when the piece of wreckage he had been stuck to ended up rolling under, he went with it, drowning like the others who sadly perished due to the circumstances of this horrific crash.

In the aftermath, people wanted to know what exactly had happened, and not just the reason behind the crash, but those that were involved with the rescue of the passengers as well.
