Selflessly Giving The Rope

The second passenger saved was Kelly Duncan, who also happened to be the only remaining crew on the flight. Again, the helicopter brought her to safety and returned to the remaining victims still in the water. This time, two ropes would be sent down, and again, Williams would take the ropes and without a single thought to himself, he would pass them on once more.
