Bringing Him To His Apartment
Devlin was living on South Holmes Avenue in Kirkwood, in an apartment complex all by himself. At the time that he first kidnapped Shawn, he kept the boy tied up in his home. During the day, Devlin would go to work in Imo’s as he had done for years, then at night, he would go home and sexually abuse young Hornbeck, thinking that when he was done with the boy, he would kill him to get rid of the evidence.
