Feeding His Need
Apparently, Devlin had attempted to molest a young boy once before when he was just a teenager. But when things didn’t go as planned, he tried to keep his compulsions under control. He tried to stay away from young boys, making his neighbors believe that he just didn’t like kids, when in fact he was trying to cage the beast that was trying to get out. But slowly, this need inside of him became too strong. He began stalking boys, driving around town and watching out in search of a victim. And then he finally found one.
