Shawn Hornbeck Goes Missing
On May 7, 2002, 11-year old Shawn Hornbeck happened to be riding his bike in Washington County. While no one was around, Devlin drove close to him, hitting him slightly so he would fall over, and then forced the boy to get into his pickup truck by brandishing a gun on him.
