Third Shooting On October 19, 2017
Then the town of Seminole Heights was once again shaken to the core when another victim was killed, just 6 days after they found Monica’s body. The third victim was Anthony Naiboa, a 20-year old high school student with autism who had just graduated. Sadly, he had taken the wrong bus after work and landed in southeast Tampa completely by mistake.
