Before police could even make sense of the shooting of Benjamin Mitchell, another body was discovered on October 13, 2017. This time, it was 32-year old Monica Hoffa. She was said to be walking to her friend’s house at night alone when she was murdered. Not only did the crime happen just six blocks away from the first one, but she also happened to be shot to death.
