22-year old Benjamin Mitchell was at the corner of North 15th Street and Frierson Avenue, waiting at the bus stop on October 9, 2017. It was approximately 9 p.m. when he was suddenly shot. He was supposedly waiting for his girlfriend to arrive at the stop, which was reported to be very close to his home.
