Surveillance Video Released
The chilling murders, to which Chief Dugan reported the police had zero suspects for, as well as no idea as to why the killings were happening, were going to catch a small break. Surveillance footage taken from a security camera on the night of the first killing was going to show an eerie figure walking solitarily in the neighborhood where Benjamin Mitchell was shot.
