Wrong Place At The Wrong Time
Not only was Anthony not supposed to be in that area, he was also just trying to make his way back home to his parents when he was shot and killed. It was approximately 8 p.m. when he had gotten off the first bus and was making his way toward a Route 9 stop from 15th Street when he was murdered. The Tampa police knew then that they were dealing with something much more sinister than what they would like to believe.
