Doing An Autopsy On The Children
In an even sadder turn of events, the two kids were apparently still alive when the police arrived on the scene. But unfortunately, they were both pronounced dead upon their arrival at the hospital. It was said that Lulu attempted to defend herself and her brother, but was stabbed an inconceivable 30 times, while Leo had 5 stab wounds. But it was the neck wounds that would prove fatal to both children, so much so that they made them look almost decapitated.
