What About Ortega?
Incredibly, Yoselyn Ortega’s trial is still on going, and the verdict has not yet been cast. Many people have spoken for the side of the prosecution and despite Ortega’s insanity plea, doctors who have tested her share that she was ‘of sound mind’ when she committed the horrific murders. It seems that almost everyone is in agreement that Ortega is indeed, guilty of killing two young and completely defenseless children who died way before they should have. But in the end, only time will tell what Ortega’s fate will be. If found guilty, she will serve the minimum time in prison of 20 years, and maximum could be life in prison without parole.
