Another amazing fruit that has been shown to decrease blood pressure is the Kiwi. This tropical fruit is a rich source of vitamin C, a vitamin needed for healthy connective tissues such as blood, which improves blood pressure. Studies revealed that eating 3 kiwis a day for at least 2 months reduced blood pressure in people with slightly high blood pressure, not bad at all considering the fact that it’s happening while you’re enjoying the fruit! Win-win!
