Andre Hatchett
Andre Hatchett was a man with special needs who was wrongly accused of beating a woman to death. The year was 1991 in Brooklyn, New York and Neda Mae Carter happened to be found dead. According to an eyewitness, they had seen a man beating the woman to death then leave her naked body in the area of Bedford-Stuyvesant area in a handball court.
