Raymond E. McCann II
Raymond E. McCann II, better known to those in his hometown as Ray, happened to be a reserve policeman on the Michigan Constantine Police Department. On the day that 11-year old Jodi Parrack went missing, which was on November 8, 2007, her mom had gone to Ray’s house to ask for his help. On a whim, he had told Jodi’s mom to look in the cemetery while he searched other areas in town. Unbelievably, that’s exactly where the little girl had been found, lifeless in the middle of tombstones, molested, tortured and suffocated to death.
