His smart plan

Popov already had the great plan in mind. By offering his services to the US government, he would be able to earn a decent amount of money. He would then create his very own startup company and be the wealthy man he’s always aspired to be. But then again, plans don’t always pan out the way you want them to. Neither did it for him.

Skills he thought he could use

Popov was always confident about his talents and abilities. He learned his computer skills early on in life. The basics were acquired in school with a Ukrainian-made IBM clone called the Poisk-I. When he was 15, his father gifted him with his very first laptop and modem, and this was when Popov learned the ins and outs of the online world.
