THE EYEWITNESSES

A little after 1 pm in the afternoon, two witnesses came forward. Timothy Woodstock and Frederick Petzold III said that after they returned from the mall, they saw a man chasing a woman from the 9^th to the 10^th level of the garage. They attested to the fact that the alleged man grabbed the woman from behind as she screamed. They couldn’t provide any more details as both the persons involved disappeared into the stairwell.

MORE WITNESSES

Shortly after disappearing into the stairwell, the man reappeared on the 9^th floor with what they said is a shiny object in his hand. He went inside the Buick and drove around the garage. He then missed the exit and went up the 10^th level before he went back to the lower floor. Then, more people saw him.
