Many powdered juices actually contain as much as 24 grams of sugar in a single 8-ounce serving. And the crazy thing is, women are instructed to ingest a mere 20 grams, while men should only have around 25 – 28 grams the entire day. So that means that if you consume just one glass of powdered juice, then you better make sure that you don’t have any other sugar in any other of your food. That’s surely food for thought.
