There’s a reason why water will always be the better choice, in any situation. Not only does it have zero sugar, it’s basically the only liquid that your body actually needs for survival. Soft drinks are actually the largest source of sugar for children and adults alike, even more so than the food that they eat. And while we don’t necessarily think twice about it, it’s definitely something to reconsider, especially when people consume more than a few bottles, every single day.
