David Oyedepo is the richest pastor in Nigeria, he’s the founder and presiding Bishop of the megachurch Faith Tabernacle in Ota, Ogun State in Nigeria, and the Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners’ Chapel. Oyedepo claims to have received a mandate from God to liberate the world from the devil through preaching his faith after having an 18-hour vision that led to the founding of his church. The Winner’s Chapel owns four private jets and several buildings located throughout the world, including London and the United States. In 1998 Oyedepo declared to have received by God the instruction to build a larger base for the church, resulting in the acquisition of a 530-acre facility known as Canaanland that currently is the home of a 50,000-seat capacity auditorium. As recorded by the Guinness Book of Records the ‘Faith Tabernacle’ is the largest church auditorium in the world and for many believers its construction is a “miracle” as it only took 12 months to build, debt free!. Oyedepo is the owner of  Covenant University, the elite secondary school called Faith Academy and Dominion Publishing House (DPH) which has published over 70 Christian books and magazines. David Oyedepo has recently added to his acquisitions the airline called Dominion Air.
