24. Pembroke Welsh Corgi

The Pembroke Welsh Corgi (Welsh for dwarf dog) is a breed of short-legged herding dogs that are very clever and active, sometimes even manipulative. These dogs are very affectionate and enjoy the company of people, making them great family pets, a fact known to no other than Queen Elizabeth II who has owned more than 30 of these pooches during her reign. Corgis can be extremely stubborn, and despite their tiny stature, need tons of exercise and mental stimulation to keep them happy.
