6. Shetland Sheepdog

This small herding dog from the Shetland Islands of Scotland, also known as a Sheltie, is a smart and hard-working pooch filled with tons of energy which can be seen in their enthusiastic yips. These strong and sturdy dogs are highly-trainable, able to learn new tricks and commands almost in an instant, which make them quite a joy to have around as they are quite the show-offs when it comes to tricks such as chasing and catching Frisbees out in the park.
