Customers Can Order Early
Costco members can order in early for their favorite pizza. On a busy Friday, customers might have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a fresh pizza. Employees are more than happy to get pizza orders while customers go shopping so it is finished cooking by the time they want to leave. Now, that is efficient customer service!
