Costco Take Food Safety Seriously

Costco and its employees have taken food safely and handling to a new level. At Costco, employees are expected to exercise extreme caution when preparing and serving hot dogs, pizzas, chicken and other food to members. For instance, if an employee forgets to remove their apron before exiting the department, they must remove that apron, toss it into the hamper, and put on a fresh apron on because it is already contaminated. They give high emphasis and standards on food handling and sanitation.
