Costco Has a Generous Return Policy

Costco is known for putting very few restrictions when a product is returned to the store. Most anything purchased there can be brought back for a refund as part of the company’s overall emphasis on exceptional customer service. However, as in any policies, members do abuse this privilege. According to some employees, members return couches that are over five years old and interestingly enough, they still have the purchase receipt. They bring it back and get a full refund. What a shame!?
