Underestimate Winter in Russia
Even if you come from a cold country, do not underestimate Russian winters. Dress as warm as you can with layers of sweaters, jackets, coats, earmuffs, gloves, and woolen socks. When walking outside be careful…avoid slipping by not looking where you are going, and mind the icicles on buildings.
