1. Schizoid Personality Disorder (Cluster A Category)
Schizoid personalities, just like the rest of Cluster A disorders, are generally characterized by odd or eccentric behavior. People who have this type of personality disorder are introverted, choose to stay away from others, and prefer to be alone. They are emotionally cold, keeping their feelings to themselves because intimacy and close personal relationships scare them. They are often lost in their own thoughts, given their solitary nature, and are described to be more of daydreamers than action takers.
