Officer Mike Miller
In the dark early morning of April 1, 1990, Arizona state trooper Mike Miller saw a truck parked on the side of the Interstate 10 highway with its hazard lights blinking. Officer Miller thought that the driver must have been having some sort of engine trouble. So he decided to check and see if the driver needed some help.
