Soon, Officer Robert Gygax of the Casa Grande Police Department arrived at the scene. The woman was unshackled and immediately brought to the police station. The 27-year-old woman only identified as “the woman in the truck” for security reasons- had bruises all over her and was in total disarray. Officers began asking her questions and the information she gave about her attacker identified the man as Robert Ben Rhoades from Houston, Texas.
