Finding the Body

While Clay couldn’t pinpoint the specific location, he also told the court that Jacque’s body was buried among the trees and the one closest to her was a dead stump as if it had been previously burned by something. This helped the investigators greatly because after the confession, that was when they found the remains of the victim.

Taking Her Out

Jacque’s remains had been found under a pile of debris. All the investigators could do at that moment was to have a moment of silence to pay respect to the dead mother. They prayed and they made sure that she was treated with respect as they finally took her out of the temporary grave and transferred her to a more permanent and dignified one.
