Gathering Clues

While the police had experienced difficulty finding Jacque Waller, they soon realized that Clay may be the very last one who saw her alive. From being a person of interest, he had soon become the main suspect. So, they used good old-fashioned police work and technology to build a case against the ex-husband.

Evidence Collected

The cops searched high and low for anything they could find. Aside from interviewing family and friends, they looked through surveillance videos. True enough, they saw Jacque withdrawing money from the bank before she visited Clay. But that wasn’t all that they found. They also looked into the CCTV camera that was installed in the marina where Clay kept his boat. That’s where they found the biggest clue that led to his eventual arrest.
