Images Show How Spain’s Severe Drought Reveals Lost Worlds

 

The drought has revealed so much about the past of the Old West town. It was once a desert town which was turned into a lake bed and then transformed back to a desert land, all within 80 years.

The lost Oregon town

The recent severe drought in the West Coast has revealed a long-sunken town in Oregon. The drought persisted for more than four years and revealed a town of 200 residents which was flooded to become what is now known as the Detroit Lake, a reservoir for a nearby dam.
