Calling Child Protective Services
The neighbor decided to follow her gut and make a call to Child Protective Services. After explaining to them what she had heard, CPS decided to take a drive and visit the home of Jon and Rebecca Pomeroy. And there was no way that they could have been prepared for what they were going to find when they got to the house.
