Every state should allow lottery winners to claim the prize anonymously. People have killed for less than a million. Can you imagine how many murderers out there willing to take a life for a good amount of cash? This is exactly what happened to Ibi Roncaioli. She led a double life and had a child with a man who wasn’t her husband. When she won the lottery in 1991, she gave her $2 million earnings to her illegitimate spawn. Of course, her husband eventually discovered the truth and out of spite, killed her with painkillers.
