Jane Park won $1.25 million when she was just 21 years old. She lived in Edinburgh when this happened. And just like a typical girl, she bought a customized purple Range Rover, traveled the world, and went through extensive plastic surgery. When the money ran out, she decided to sue UK’s National Lottery, saying that they shouldn’t give that much amount to someone so young as it caused her undue stress. “My life would be so much easier if I hadn’t won,” she was quoted saying. Maybe her life would have been better if she had been smarter.
