Shortly after the interview on the TV show, Samantha was arrested and would not be released until she could post $200,000 bail. And she was not allowed to visit her child in the hospital. Upon Arabella’s death, Samantha was jailed for endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction, hindering apprehension, all of which are felonies. Her boyfriend Jahrid has been charged with strangulation and felony assault. Eventually, they were both charged with homicide.
