Just to make things clear, Delcamp and her husband Karl Parker moved into Harry Young’s house with Arabella. This was after they lived in a Sunbury home when Arabella was born on September 20, 2016. They split up before Delcamp moved into her boyfriend’s place, the home of Jahrid Burgess. Burgess had four other adults living in the same house, so Burgess together with Delcamp and daughter Arabella stayed in the attic. This was the beginning of the end for the little tyke. Repeated visits by the police and the Children & Youth caseworkers forced Delcamp to hide her daughter from them. This caused Burgess and Delcamp to eventually transfer to another home in Trevorton. It appears that Delcamp accused Burgess of abuse everywhere they lived, but Burgess maintains she was also abusive to her own daughter. There were several months of abuse before the October 10 assault that saw Arabella admitted to the Geisinger Medical Center for severe beatings, she had to have surgery to remove part of her brain.
