Arabella Parker was an adorable three year old girl. Innocent, happy, and healthy. This kid should have been easy to love. Kids at this young age are just so cute and adorable, it is difficult to imagine a parent neglecting their child, or not showering them with love and affection. But unfortunately, Arabella was not like most 3 year olds. The reality of the world she lived in was far more harrowing than any normal, innocent kid should have to experience. Her life was simply heartbreaking. And surely, her 23 year old mother, Samantha Delcamp, is to blame. It is evident that the mother of Arabella was aware of the abuse her daughter was receiving. No matter what she said, there is no excuse for being a rotten mother.
