Finally somebody learned about the insane decision by Arabella’s mother to live in Harry’s home. This was Arabella’s 20 year old sister (by a different mother surely), Amanda Parker. Aside from being shocked, she was furious. However, she found out only around May of 2019. “I was furious that my sister was in that home,” Amanda said. She called Northumberland County Children & Youth Services to report that Arabella was living in Young’s home, a convicted child abuser. This was in May, a month after Amanda first contacted the agency to accuse Delcamp of neglect. Arabella’s sister was enraged that no one would listen to her, and that her young toddler sister was left alone with Young, quite often. The agency actually got several other calls from concerned relatives of Arabella – aunt Mandy Delcamp Kegler, grandmother Bonnie Kahley, and another aunt, Sarah Delcamp.
