That alone could be disorienting, and may have had psychological effects on the child. Stability is very important during these early years for a child. Arabella never had a stable life. Her father, Karl Parker, is currently incarcerated on robbery charges. Though he was released from prison in 2018, a DUI charge got his probation revoked. So it was up to the mother, Samantha, to care for and look after Arabella. But, she surely did not.
