A Troubled Child

From the time that he had moved to the United States, which was when he was around 8-years old and up to his adolescent years, he was known to be quite violent, until adulthood. His father had died when he was only around 11, leaving their mother to take care of all three children. And it would seem that Shiue was a very temperamental and difficult child.

Criminal Past

Although no one really knew why he was so cruel, he would continue to cause harm to his siblings, up to their older years. And his actions didn’t stop there. As a teenager, he was said to have been quite the hooligan. Not only would he throw rocks at moving vehicles as they passed by, but he had even set fire to three separate apartments of people he didn’t even know.
