A Second Plane Hits

While people were already scrambling to evacuate the burning North Tower, a second American Airlines flight crashed into the 75-85 floors of the South Tower this time, also killing everyone on board. When the first plane crashed, people thought that maybe it was an accident. But when the second one made impact, everyone knew that America was dealing with something, and someone, much more sinister. It became quite clear that the United States had a very formidable enemy. And they meant business.

Those Weren’t The Only Two

And it wasn’t only the Twin Towers that the terrorists had targeted. They also flew another airplane into the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. where almost 200 people were killed as well. And another flight had crashed into a field in Pennsylvania, but there are conflicting views as to what had really happened to that flight. But despite that, the chaos and destruction that was caused by the 9/11 terror attacks changed the course of the world, terrorism, travel and politics forever.
