Amongst the stories of loss, death, sadness, devastation and heartbreak, there was one story that stood out, because it was a story of success. Tania Head shares her story with the world of her incredible survival. She shares that she was working on the 78th floor of the South Tower, which was World Trade Center Tower 2, while her fiancé, Dave, who was in Tower 1, wistfully didn’t make it.

Tania Head shared how her story of tragedy was really a story of triumph. She was up on the 78th floor of Tower 2 when the second plane made it’s impact. Her body was burning from the flames, her right arm almost torn off as she was hurtled across the office from the force, making her lose consciousness. Luckily, she woke up quickly and started her way out through the flames and wreckage. She even shares how one man passed her his wedding to give to his wife if she made it out alive.
